TickrTrends All fair-value coverage

How TickrTrends computes its numbers

Every figure on a TickrTrends ticker page is computed by TickrTrends from its own stored data. This page says how, section by section; each section's heading on a ticker page links here.

How Forward Fair Value works

TickrTrends computes a Forward Fair Value for every covered stock each week: a conservatively normalized historical price-to-earnings multiple is applied to the analyst-consensus earnings estimate for the next full fiscal year. Every input window is validated for continuity and every result is screened for plausibility before publication.

Prices and the chart

Prices are daily closes from TickrTrends' own price history, adjusted for splits but not for dividends, current to the last date shown - not real-time quotes.

Fundamentals

Computed by TickrTrends from stored quarterly statements and its own price (the number of quarters is shown beside the heading); rounded to three significant figures. For a company that reports in a currency other than the US dollar, revenue and EPS are shown in the reporting currency and the trailing P/E is omitted, because an EPS in that currency against a US-dollar share price would mislead.

Technicals

Computed by TickrTrends from its own daily price history and weekly momentum snapshots; averages use adjusted closes.

Dividends

Derived by TickrTrends from its stored dividend record and its own price; yield uses the last twelve months of ex-dividend dates.

Earnings

Beat / miss is TickrTrends' comparison of reported EPS with the consensus estimate on file for that quarter; report dates come from the published calendar.

Analyst consensus

Rating counts and the consensus target are as reported to TickrTrends' data provider; the lean and the gap to the last price are TickrTrends' arithmetic. This is not TickrTrends' verdict.

Derived indicators

Coarse bands from TickrTrends' weekly models; exact figures are part of the full report.
