(the 'Bank”), reported a net loss of $3.0 million, or $0.04 per diluted share1, for the three months ended June 30, 2026, compared to net income available for common stockholders of $16.2 million, or $0.28 per diluted share, for the corresponding prior year period, and net income of $20.5 million, or $0.36 per diluted share, for the linked quarter.
